This book is used. It shows signs of wear, but I didn't see any writing or torn pages. There are a few dents here and there. The spine is in good shape.
The clear layer that is over the foil is starting to ware away on the entire cover and spine. This is from being used regularly during play. There is a small tear on the top of the spine on the left side. I took a photo of it. A small amount of the color is fading on the bottom of the spine.
Between the last couple of pages (222-223) the glue came apart and exposed the spine a bit. I took a photo of this.
These are the reasons why I am listing it as being in playable shape.
