This book is used. It shows signs of wear, but I didn't see any writing or torn pages. There are a few dents here and there. The spine is good and I don't see any breaks in the spine between pages.
The clear layer that is over the foil is starting to ware away on the entire cover and spine. This is from being used regularly during play. There is a small tear in the cover on the back, bottom left. I took a photo of it. A small amount of the color is fading on the bottom of the spine. This is why I'm listing it as being in playable shape.
