Reinforced with steel rivets around the cover, durable steel snaps, and bonded nylon thread, Grimbeards Adventure Journals are built for the rugged adventurer. These works of art will age beautifully, developing a gorgeous patina.

Hand-Gilded Designs

Each design is meticulously hand-gilded onto the leather, crafted with an intentional, timeworn look. Some of the foil is gently removed to create an aged effect, and as your journal accompanies you on your adventures, the foil will naturally wear away in some areas. Occasionally, hidden foil colors beneath the top layer are revealed, adding a sense of mystery and depth. These journals are made to age gracefully, developing a rich, unique patina that tells the story of every quest.
